How can I track the progress of my order without visiting your company?

We will regularly update you on the progress of your order. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process, including the production stage, packaging stage, and shipping stage.

How will issues be resolved if I don’t receive the goods?

If you have not received the products, we will immediately check the logistics progress. If the goods are lost due to logistics reasons, we will arrange for a replacement shipment for you at the earliest possible time.

What is your after-sales service like?

Can I order samples?

Yes, we offer samples.

Are samples charged, and is the cost refundable after bulk order?

The sample price depends on the products. The sample fee can be refunded after the bulk product order.

Do you provide quality assurance?

Yes, our product quality is guaranteed. Many of our products have GS TUV certificates.
